INTRODUCTION
============
This package contains graphic and AI files for a new races - the Narn Regime. I felt bound to honor the overall design of SE4 as it was designed by Malfador Machinations. You won't find altered tech trees, new components or new facilities in this package, just tweaks to get the most out of what is already there. Please note that all this is work in progress and any feedback is welcome!


HISTORY
=======
Version 2.20
1.) Sneak Preview.

Version 2.10
1.) Extensive tweaking of all AI files.

Version 2.01
1.) Fixed several spelling and grammar errors in some files.
2.) Changes to the settings.txt from Version 2.00 were undone as Malfador returned the unit limit to be "per units in space", not "in total" and fixed the corresponding bug.

Version 2.00
1.) As the Version 1.27 Patch for SE4 changed the AI ship design based on this MOD, all MODs to the default AI has been taken out of this MOD (no real sense in keeping it in...).
2.) The "Narn Regime" race has been added.
